Exceptionally rare and quietly magnificent, the Baby Cashmere stole is crafted from 100% baby cashmere — harvested by hand from Changthangi kids during their first and only shedding, high on the Changthang Plateau of eastern Ladakh. At approximately 12 microns in diameter, the fibre is finer than adult cashmere and comparable to the most prized vicuña, hand-combed by Changpa herders to preserve the natural integrity of every strand.

Woven on traditional looms by master artisans of the Kashmir Valley, the result is a textile of breathtaking softness, luminous warmth, and an almost weightless drape — a singular expression of provenance, craft, and rarity.

• Your cashmere stole is best cared for with gentle handling.
• Store it in a breathable pouch, air it after wear, and dry clean only when necessary.
• If washing at home, use cold water with a mild detergent, press out excess water gently, and dry flat.
• Avoid perfumes, sharp jewellery, and direct heat, as they can damage the delicate fibres.
• Allow it to rest between wears so the yarn regains its natural softness and shape.
• Cedar wood balls are included in the box to naturally protect against moths while stored.
